Kinesiology Sessions
When you first contact me, I will send you a questionnaire to complete narrowing down our session time. This gives me chance to see what your diet is like, what form of exercise you do and your symptoms.
Depending on whether the problem is a chemical or physical one then:
- Chemical - This covers what you eat or a product you use and is causing an ailment
You will probably require a minimum of two sessions over a two week period. - Physical - This covers pulled muscles or structural ailments
This will require more sessions such as every other day for two weeks or two sessions a week for two weeks. I always recommend you then have a session every change of season, to keep your body balanced, just as you would service your car.
My rate is £35 per hour - on top of this I will normally recommend some form of nutrients such as vitamins or minerals.
Group Tester Sessions
If you have a group of five or more, I will happily come to your home for a tester session. This shows you how Kinesiology, muscle testing, works.
Everyone gets a try! These tester sessions normally last an hour and again I will charge my hourly rate of £35
